2014 Goals: March Update

Did March even happen?  It went by so fast, I have to wonder.  March was a great month, but it still felt like winter since we got not one, but two sizable snow falls along with 2 snow days and 2 two-hour delays.  Luckily April is proving to be our first real spring month and temperatures haven’t been below 40.  Finally!  As always when a new month starts, here’s an update on my 2014 goals for March.

April is going to be a very busy month (traveling every weekend for instance!) so we’ll see how much progress I make on my goals…

  1. That’s a good quote to live by — slowing down and taking time for family and the things you love can be hard when you have debt staring at you in the face, mocking you and holding you back from “life”.

For me, that was the best motivation to clear my debt ASAP.

    • It’s my motivation too, though I feel my progress is going slow. I’m slowly putting more and more towards my debt, but even with my frugal living, teaching salary and only a few hundred extra a month, its slow.
